Termite-Tech™ is the yook3 term for the light shell building technology we have developed. The first picture is a kind of sum up . It is not about concrete building, it is not about ferrocement, it is not about bricks, it is not about concrete canvas, it is not about monolithic shell, it is about all of it - fused together in the most efficient form possible having a clear vision what works best for which part of the build.

What enters

Some 200 different materials - between binders, fibers, and additive-fillers - no it is not about basalt rebar, not about styrofoam as additive, not about perlite, not about the technology of the concrete canoe competition, not about concrete ships, not about troll-a, not about nkossa, not about foam, not about bamboo, not about taking fiber cement roof panels to the next level - it is about all of it combined and engineered into a functional unit. A propietary building method beyond coded engineering - inspired in termites and basket artesans building basket structures in weave technology.

It is not something your local concrete contractor could build - only we can - after 50 years of experience and testing.
